I build the systems behind the work — reporting, CRMs, data tools and websites — for teams that run on operations and sell on trust. Founder of HIGHSPUR; starting Iowa State's M.S. in Information Systems in January 2027.

About

Supply chain graduate who moved from running business processes to building the systems behind them.

At Collins Aerospace I turned monthly SAP compliance reports into on-demand tools. At Thermal Shop I ran 28 contractor accounts and wrote the requirements for the CRM the company now works in. Today, through HIGHSPUR, I take small businesses from a conversation to working software — websites, lead tools and the workflows around them.

My edge is translation: I sit with the people doing the work, write down what they actually need, direct AI-assisted development to build it, and test it until it holds up. Operations, systems and marketing are one job to me, not three.

  • Systems

SAP, SAP BI/BW (Analysis for Office), advanced Excel and Power Query, VBA, CRM requirements and acceptance testing, and dashboards and scorecards

  • Operations

Requirements definition, workflow and process design, project coordination, data validation and reconciliation, technical documentation, and Lean Six Sigma

  • Marketing & digital

AI-assisted development (Codex, Claude Code), GitHub, SEO-informed site structure, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and photography and image optimization
